Mind, Body, Spirit Journal: Zna Trainer's Trade Secrets O2 Breakthrough Training

Today is my Day 5 with Zna Trainer See the previous entry below for my first report. I am an advocate of Zna because I am committed to moving toward my own individual  mind, body and spirit potentiality. Note I said my own individual potentiality.  She absolutely recognizes each person is different and has a unique starting point. As she works with me, if I have any questions, I just ask her.  She is patient and totally devoted to my progress.

Today we continued with the exercises I learned this week and added a new one. I learned how to exercise my eyes for improved vision while continuing with the body program I was already in the middle of doing with her. She is amazing.  Calmly, lovingly and with the appropriate amount of authority she introduces new actions on top of what you are already doing and is highly motivational and inspirational.

I also learned today about why her program works for anti-aging and I feel I can tell how this will significantly benefit women as she references those benefits as part of her guidance.  Zna Trainer also began educating me on diet, meaning the foods that I should be eating as this is not about a typical diet plan. I view it as lifestyle enhancement.  I thought I had a pretty good understanding of that area. I also thought I had a good understanding of the various training programs out there. I don’t.  She is unique and I would love to tell you more but all her clients agree to keep her trade secrets.

Well tomorrow, my training continues. I look forward to her guidance, I am improving each day.  We now have some specific goals for me which I will discuss at a later date. She asked me today if I was serious about taking four steps forward and three steps back or four steps forward and zere steps back?  I am committed to following her program. I can see what it has done for her and others and I want those results.

How do I feel today? Very good and getting better.

Zna Trainer knows I am blogging about my experience with her and asked me to remind my readers that she is delighted to share with all who call her Secrets Secs. With Zna   Her number and more are found by Clicking Here.

Note: I can see where this program is perfect for all levels of conditioning at the start including those who are already considered to be in peak condition. What is interesting you are not competing with anyone else you are moving toward the potential of your own body with added bonuses of anti-aging, body sculpting and fat weight loss.

Email me question about my experience but don’t ask me to describe her training. Like all of her clients, I have agreed not to do that.

Sharing with all my readers the energy of peace, happiness, prosperity

Peak Performance Health and Fitness Training: Body by Zna Journal

December 1, 2008 First Day

Background:

Zna Trainer  is a professional peak performance body, mind and spirit trainer. I learned of her and her training program on Twitter. I noticed she used the phrases “trade secrets” and “O2 Breakthrough.

Related: I have become increasingly aware of my own energy state and productivity level. I knew the better I felt, the more I was able to maintain a state of positive energy which has numerous benefits personally and professionally. With that focus I have consistently been conscious of healthy eating and exercise. However, I also have some habits that are inconsistent with manifesting a  peak performance body, mind and spirit.

Through a series of seeminly unrelated events (actually not unrelated at all) I connected with Zna by phone and became intrigued with her work. She has a very attractive profile. When she represented her physical age, I thought she was displaying photos that were taken 20 or more years ago.  They are current. She began explaining the remarkable benefits of her work and pointed me to a number of credible client success stories. Many of these can be found at the following page: Please Click Here

It was clear to me that what Zna was saying matched what I had been focusing on achieving, including: tighter trimmer wasteline, increased energy and mental clarity, youthful look and consistent positive energy state. Like most people I wanted it all and wanted it now.  Zna convinced me that in about 30 minutes a day, I would notice significant improvements in all areas quickly.  My first session was December 1, 2008.

I have a video done for another topic that was completed on November 27, 2008 just 4 days earlier. On that date I was 192 lbs. I will post another video related to this training program within a couple days. It will be about my condition at the start and a description of my first week’s experience.  I will not be showing you what she teaches, it is confidential, don’t ask.

Realty Training:

My starting point is 192 lbs. I am in good health and I exercise, (run, walk, use the gym) 2-3 times a week. My diet is good, not perfect. I like scotch.

I liked the idea of 30 minute training. After 4 days I am not able to do 30 minutes with her. I am lucky to be able to do 10 minutes of actual training at this point. I will improve.  The first few days take longer since Zna patiently but firmly begins to teach you the program with personal coaching by phone.  So for the record I am in my home and this is done lying on the floor. That is correct, no standing, no running, no weights, no machines…just me, my carpeted floor and a couple of pillows.

Evaluation:

I feel like I am in the worst possible condition after following Zna’s guidance and attempting to do what she is teaching me.  That is good as I know I have a great opportunity to improve. She counsels me with the advice to stay focused and keep following her direction. She also advises it will take some time before I really know the program with minimal or no guidance. For me, there are parts of her training I am already intellectually understanding. I feel I am at maybe 10 or 15% of what is possible for me and I am only talking about that portion of the program that is no longer new ground.

December 4, 2008

On day 4 I now know the warm up program and know there is room to grow with that. I also now understanding the progression of what to do and again realize the opportunity for me to move up the performance ladder. That opportunity is huge.   I thought I was really starting to get it then realized I was on Step 4. I think there are 10 Steps and that is “basic training” .

Benefits:

After every session I feel energized. I feel the parts of my body that are not used to being worked but I don’t need the recovery time like I do when I have run distances or played a strenuous game of ice hockey. However, let me tell you everything you have is worked by this lady.

My energy level throughout the day is higher.

I am noticing some definition already.

My Recommendation

Start your day with  Zna’s Peak Performance Body, Mind and Spirit, O2 Breakthrough Trade Secret Program

10 Things Joe Vitale Does To Regain The Happy Feeling

December 3, 2008 by · Leave a Comment

Joe Vitale lists 10 immediate actions we can take to help restore the feeling of happiness during those moments when

I admit it: I don’t always feel great.

Yea, I’m surprised, too.

You’d think the author of such self-help books as The Attractor Factor and The Key, who stars in the inspiring movie The Secret, would have it together by now.

Sorry to disappoint you.

I still have my “moments.”

At least today they are only off moments where in the past they were bad days.
But if Boston can transform a prison into a luxury hotel called Liberty Hotel, then you and I can transform our mood.

So let me give you an early Christmas present by sharing ten self-help tips I do to shift my emotions which may help you, as well:

1. Pet a cat. I look into the eyes of my pets and I begin to feel more relaxed. They purr and my world changes. Ahhhhh…

2. Walk a dog. Just moving can make you feel better but having an excited dog tug at you to move you along faster is even better.

3. Play loud music. Nothing like hearing great music from Michelle Malone — or AC/DC or Stevie Ray Vaughan or Bruce Springsteen — playing at ear ringing levels to make me forget my woes. Dance to the music and unhappiness doesn’t stand a chance of surviving.

4. Make a decision. As I say in the movie The Secret, and in my books The Attractor Factor and The Key, setting an intention for how you want your day to go will realign you and your day. How do you want to feel? What do you want to achieve? Focus on that and you’ll begin to go toward it.

5. Help someone. Feeling unhappy is a selfish experience, so share it with someone you love. Just kidding. You can lift your own mood by looking for someone who is sad and comforting them. Listen to them. Buy them a cookie. Anything to take the focus off of you.

6. Feel grateful. Look around and find something, anything, to feel truly grateful to have. Gratitude is a powerful attractor of more to feel grateful for. Compared to people in the past and people in third world countries, you have it made.

7. Watch a movie. Movies shift your feelings and thoughts and can be a powerful way to improve your mood. Watch The Marx Brothers, The Three Stooges, etc. I liked the Bruce Willis movie 13 Blocks. Watch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report. Watch Donny Deutsch’s The Big Idea. Watch cartoons. Whatever flips your switch.

8. Eat something. Yes, it’s comfort food when you reach for a meal when you aren’t really hungry and feel like crap, but food helps put you in the moment, shifts your serotonin levels, and makes your blood rush from your head to your stomach. Just don’t make this a habit.

9. Detach. Consider this a spiritual exercise and learn to detach from your thoughts, feelings and body. As I write in Zero Limits, you are the witness behind it all. Enjoy the show. Life is a play, my friend. It just seems real.

10. Smile. Look in the mirror and create a dozen different ways to smile. How would a kid do it? Go ahead. Be silly. No one is watching. You might start laughing at yourself and sooner or later, son of a gun, you’re really smiling.

Bonus Tip: Take action. Nothing beats simply diving into a project, preferably something you’ve been wanting to do anyway. Getting lost in the doing is a smart way to transcend your mood and get something productive done, as well. Forget avoiding. Start doing.

Finally, remember what comedian George Burns said –
“Happiness is having a large, loving, caring, close-knit family in another city.”
Well, are you happy now?

Joe
