The Four Second Miracle For Your Health Revealed

My Health Goal: Optimal Health in Minimal Time.

If you follow my group Build Profits on Facebook or my Business Blog Build Business Profits you know I frequently remind readers as well as live audiences that good health is the most valuable asset we have.

If We Are Not In Good Health, Our Work and Relationships Suffer.

Many acknowledge without good health nothing else matters very much.  Even with that knowing,  most proceed to eat and drink opposite of what we know is good for optimal health.  Notice the focus on eating and drinking.

This morning Zna Trainer spent the first 20 minutes of our session  reminding me with detailed instructions on diet. She helped me by focusing on what I could be doing different when I travel.  I am no novice to this topic and while Zna is an expert her real value comes from her training and encouragement.

I love having her as a personal trainer because she teaches me her amazing program, reminds me to do my homework and holds me accountable for achieving the results I intend to achieve. In one session you will feel a very noticeable difference.  I have and I know you will as well.

Zna’s Four Second Miracle

Zna reminded me it takes about 10 minutes to set up for the 4 second miracle the first time.  She carefully explains the benefits to your body of everything she is having you do.  Nothing hurts however, her one on one instructions require your attention and effort.

Since she is the expert and it is her program I am not going to tell you how to do it. I will tell you the actual exercise she teaches is about 4 seconds.  She explains why this is a miracle solution for your health, including strength and anti-aging.   Her program is great for “that” and you know what I mean…both men and women.

I noticed my energy level was really great after our session today  and this was after getting in late from a plane trip and not getting more than about 4 hours sleep. She told me what sleep deprivation does and I will do my best to avoid that.

My results: I started working with Zna in late 2008 and continued for about 3 months.  I lost about 20 pounds and reached my ideal weight. I gained energy and clarity. I felt healthier and experienced improved skin tone and more.  Then life got in the way and I drifted away from the program.  She knew it was time for me to make a lifestyle adjustment with a commitment to what she teaches me to do.  I recently restarted training with Zna and I am reminded how wonderful an experience that can be.

She is a great lady and wonderful friend.  She wants you to know that when you call her she will give you double the introductory sessions when you mention my name and will give you that and more for a very special affordable price.  I’ll let her tell you what it is.  Call her at this special number that I use which is 801-651-6115

For your great health and success

How To Stay Feeling Young

HOW TO STAY YOUNG
==================

1. Throw out nonessential numbers and factors.
This includes age, height, eye and skin color, who your parents
are, past stuff and present stuff that you can’t change.
Don’t worry about what you cannot change.

2. Keep only cheerful friends. The grouches pull you down.
Who you are attached to will bless you up or mess you up.
Make sure that YOU are a cheerful friend and not a grouch.

3. Keep learning. Learn more about the computer, crafts,
gardening, whatever. Never let the brain idle. ‘An idle mind is
the devil’s workshop.’ And the devil’s name is Alzheimer’s.

4. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath.

5. Enjoy the simple things. Breath is one of the simple things.

6. The tears happen. Endure, grieve, and move on. Don’t blame
others for your situation. The only person, who is with us our
entire life, is ourselves. Be ALIVE while you are alive.

7. Surround yourself with what you love, whether it’s family,
pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is
your refuge.

8. Cherish your health: If it is good, preserve it. If it is
unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get
help. Your body is the most important vehicle you will ever own.

9. Don’t take guilt trips. Take a trip to the mall, even to the
next county; to a foreign country but NOT to where the guilt is.

10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every
opportunity.

Feel young and live life to its fullest each day!

Mind, Body, Spirit Journal: Zna Trainer's Trade Secrets O2 Breakthrough Training

Today is my Day 5 with Zna Trainer See the previous entry below for my first report. I am an advocate of Zna because I am committed to moving toward my own individual  mind, body and spirit potentiality. Note I said my own individual potentiality.  She absolutely recognizes each person is different and has a unique starting point. As she works with me, if I have any questions, I just ask her.  She is patient and totally devoted to my progress.

Today we continued with the exercises I learned this week and added a new one. I learned how to exercise my eyes for improved vision while continuing with the body program I was already in the middle of doing with her. She is amazing.  Calmly, lovingly and with the appropriate amount of authority she introduces new actions on top of what you are already doing and is highly motivational and inspirational.

I also learned today about why her program works for anti-aging and I feel I can tell how this will significantly benefit women as she references those benefits as part of her guidance.  Zna Trainer also began educating me on diet, meaning the foods that I should be eating as this is not about a typical diet plan. I view it as lifestyle enhancement.  I thought I had a pretty good understanding of that area. I also thought I had a good understanding of the various training programs out there. I don’t.  She is unique and I would love to tell you more but all her clients agree to keep her trade secrets.

Well tomorrow, my training continues. I look forward to her guidance, I am improving each day.  We now have some specific goals for me which I will discuss at a later date. She asked me today if I was serious about taking four steps forward and three steps back or four steps forward and zere steps back?  I am committed to following her program. I can see what it has done for her and others and I want those results.

How do I feel today? Very good and getting better.

Zna Trainer knows I am blogging about my experience with her and asked me to remind my readers that she is delighted to share with all who call her Secrets Secs. With Zna   Her number and more are found by Clicking Here.

Note: I can see where this program is perfect for all levels of conditioning at the start including those who are already considered to be in peak condition. What is interesting you are not competing with anyone else you are moving toward the potential of your own body with added bonuses of anti-aging, body sculpting and fat weight loss.

Email me question about my experience but don’t ask me to describe her training. Like all of her clients, I have agreed not to do that.

Sharing with all my readers the energy of peace, happiness, prosperity
